In Bangladesh, Chad, Nigeria, Lebanon, and Somalia, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) is still distributing food packages for Ramadan.

This week, more than six tonnes of food were provided in Bangladesh, another 10 tonnes and 400 kg of food packages were handed in N'Djamena, Chad, and 23.56 tonnes of food packages were distributed in Nigeria. All of these cities benefit from the Ramadan programme.

Additionally, 11,620 people were helped through this Ramadan project's distribution of 2,324 food relief packages to Palestinian and Syrian refugees in Lebanon.

The centre sent 850 food packages to 5,100 people in Somalia who were affected by the drought. The assistance is a component of Somalia's third phase programme to offer individuals impacted by the drought life-saving initiatives in food security. 4,620 tonnes of assistance have already been provided to those impacted by the dry period.
