Citizens in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and pilgrims
from other countries can obtain permits to perform Umrah during Ramadan by
logging into the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s Nusuk app.
The Nusuk app is the first-ever official planning, booking and
experience platform, to book Hajj or Umrah in Saudi Arabia. It comes under the
responsibility of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, a government ministry in
Saudi Arabia responsible for supervising pilgrims’ secure transportation and
movement to the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said that the Nusuk app would
help pilgrims to find available Umrah dates during the holy month of Ramadan,
based on the capacity of the Grand Mosque in Mecca. Domestic and international
pilgrims can choose the most suitable dates and obtain the permits to perform
Umrah. The Nusuk app can be downloaded from the Apple Store and Google Play
Store. It is available for iOS and Android users.
