Israeli forces surged into a significant
Palestinian community in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, to the vehement
condemnation of Saudi Arabia's Foreign Ministry.
At least 10 Palestinians were murdered and
numerous more were injured during the four-hour raid, which the Israeli
military claimed was conducted to find wanted militants.
Health officials said that a 16-year-old boy
and two Palestinian men, aged 72 and 61, were among the fatalities. The
ministry reaffirmed the Kingdom's opposition to Israel's flagrant
transgressions of international law.
It urged the international community to fulfil
its obligations to put an end to the occupation, halt Israeli aggression, and
provide the necessary security for civilians.
The ministry also sent its heartfelt
condolences to the Palestinian government and people, the families of the
deceased, and wished the injured a swift recovery.
