In a significant diplomatic meeting, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Media, Salman bin Youssef Al-Dosari, held talks with Kuwaiti Minister of Information and Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi. As part of the visit, Minister Al-Mutairi, accompanied by Minister Al-Dosari, had the opportunity to tour an exhibition highlighting the history of the Saudi state. Additionally, they viewed a visual presentation that chronicled the historical ties between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Addressing the media during the tour, Minister Al-Mutairi underscored the significance of cooperation between media outlets in both nations to harness shared experiences effectively. In a separate engagement, Minister Al-Mutairi visited the 2023 Riyadh International Book Fair hosted at King Saud University. The fair featured participation from over 1,800 publishing houses representing 32 countries, showcasing a diverse array of publications.
During his visit, the Kuwaiti minister received an overview of the book fair's offerings, including cultural programs, seminars, and poetic evenings that enriched the event's cultural fabric. The presence of both ministers at the book fair underlines the commitment to fostering cultural exchanges and deepening bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
